Saeed Bayat
Founder and CEO
Saeed Bayat, CEO of 334 Aqua Med Soft, with over 10 years of experience in managing software companies, plays a pivotal role in leading and growing the startup. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s degree in Executive Management with a specialization in Strategic Management.
At 334 Aqua Med Soft, Saeed is responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing the administrative activities of the business, including company registration and compliance with tax regulations. He formulates growth strategies and business development plans, ensuring their successful implementation to pave the way for the startup’s success.
One of his key priorities is securing financial resources and establishing relationships with investors. He is responsible for negotiating investment terms and identifying potential partners to form strategic alliances. In this regard, he is actively working to identify new partners not only in North America but also in Europe, East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, particularly in Dubai.
Managing the financials and cash flow of the startup, hiring staff as needed, and contributing to the analysis and development of projects such as the AquaGuide™ Smart Surgical Assistant are also part of his responsibilities at 334 Aqua Med Soft.
Mohsen Shakeri
Founder and CTO
Mohsen Shakeri, the Chief Technology Officer at 334 Aqua Med Soft, holds a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and brings over 8 years of experience in software engineering, image processing, and artificial intelligence.
At 334 Aqua Med Soft, he is responsible for the research, design, management, development, and deployment of the AquaGuide™ Smart Surgical Assistant software. Mohsen actively participates in product planning, product demo sessions, documentation, and recruitment processes, leveraging his expertise to drive innovative and intelligent solutions within the company. His technical leadership provides a strong foundation for 334 Aqua Med Soft’s mission to develop advanced healthcare technologies.
