Founded in 2022 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, 334 Aqua Med Soft Inc develops AI-powered surgical technologies with an international vision. Our team brings together expertise in artificial intelligence, software engineering, medical imaging, and business leadership — united by a single goal: to give surgeons the tools to perform better, safer, and faster procedures.

Our flagship platform, AquaGuide™ Smart Surgical Assistant, covers the entire surgical journey: simulating procedures before the operating room, supporting surgeons with contactless control and AI insight during surgery, and tracking patient outcomes afterward.
