Saeed Bayat, CEO of 334AquaMedSoft, with over 10 years of experience in managing software companies, plays a pivotal role in leading and growing the startup. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a Master's degree in Executive Management with a specialization in Strategic Management.
At 334AquaMedSoft, Saeed is responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing the administrative activities of the business, including company registration and compliance with tax regulations. He formulates growth strategies and business development plans, ensuring their successful implementation to pave the way for the startup's success. One of his key priorities is securing financial resources and establishing relationships with investors. He is responsible for negotiating investment terms and identifying potential partners to form strategic alliances. In this regard, he is actively working to identify new partners not only in North America but also in Europe, East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, particularly in Dubai.
